If you're here, reading these conditions,  probably it's the first time you come in  my website and, not knowing me, you  are afraid that something can not go in the right direction ... it's understandable!

It's why, I suggest, for any doubts or further informations, please... contact me before making the order, I'll be happy to help you .

Sorry for this long introduction  now,  below, you can find my  refund policy but  they are "standard" and so ...each situation is different  from another, if absurdly, there should be any problems, feel free to contact me and you will see that we will resolve anything!!!

Refund Policy

Please, be sure to check the pictures and descriptions. 
Ask for more info , we can avoid unhappy purchase and returning the items.

 ✘ I ship  with Registred Mail with tracking number, only necklaces are sent by  International Priority Mail

All orders will be shipped from Italy, Europe by Italian Post Office
I will send a notification once your purchase has been shipped.

• I'll send within  3/5 business days from your order.

• I'm not liable for any delays after MY shipping.

p.s. All items are shipped to the address on Shopify
unless otherwise specified in message at the time you place your order.

Remember that I ship from Italy.
Shipping to America and Canada generally takes around 7/15 business days to arrive (usually 7), but it can vary from a few days to  10 for bad weather conditions.
Shipping to Europe generally takes around 4- 10 business  days 
*exceptionally may take a while longer if there is customs check during international transport or bad weather conditions*

✘ If you are not available when the package is delivered, your courier will leave a notice so that you can arrange re-delivery or they will ask you to pick up your package in your local post office. However, they keep unclaimed items only less than 15 days and after the time passes it will be returned to sender.

NO refunds are provided for unclaimed packs or wrong/incomplete address.
✘ Refund is possible only for defective items or not match what you ordered.
If you want to be refunded for wrong item,
you must send the items back within 14 days of receipt.

I don't refund package without tracking number.
I don't refund if item is worn or used.
• The shipping costs for re-send are at your expense.
• Re-send only with TRACKING NUMBER!
Refund will be given when I have received the returned items.
The items will have a quality control.
I will refund the cost of the item, excluding shipping.
